Are any clubs in your bag sacrosanct?

Aside from a few nice days recently, I've started to come to grips with putting the clubs away for winter, and the start of my golf version of baseball's "hot stove" season. Normally, I go into it like I'm the Marlins or Padres - where available, and even inexpensive, upgrades are plentiful, but not this year. Aside from re-gripping, having lofts checked, and maybe finding some good deals on balls I might want to test ... I can't think of anything else I need to do before next spring.
Driver - Cobra F9
Fairway Wood - Cobra F9 tour.
Hybrid - Cobra F9 19°
Irons - Maltby TS-1 (4 - GW)
Wedges - Maltby TSW - SW, LW
Putter - Maltby Pure-Track Tour Milled PTM-4

The only club which might NOT be "untouchable" is the putter - and that's only because I have an itch to try Armlock putting - and need a head with more loft (7°).

Any one else have this dilemma, lol?

Spuzz How can bags be set without deciding what logo and name goes on it. I also guess since bags are set, the clubs are all interchangeable, not to mention you have an entire winter to change your mind! LOL...

Weekly??? Don’t sell yourself short there... you bought those MacGregor irons, used them the next day, 2 days later bought Hogan Apex irons, took the MacGregors out of the bag and used the Apex the next day.

Nothing sacrosanct, but given the state of my game I don’t think changing clubs will help any areas. Might try a new putter - just because...

The only thing safe is the putter for me. That said, I’m highly unlikely to actually change anything, I just don’t play enough to justify it. I used to wear a wedge out, now my 8 year old wedge is starting to show signs of use and I acquired its replacement over a year ago, still haven’t even considered shafting it.

I have had a Mentorsports Triad II putter in my bag for so many years I can't remember how long. It is going nowhere. Everything else is subject to change.

The putter stays no matter what. I've had it for about 15 years or so, and it keeps on producing. I have dallied with other putters in the meantime, but always felt like I missed putts with them that I probably would've made if only I had my beloved MacGregor in the bag.

My driver (G400 Max) is going nowhere. If somebody gave me a G410 I'd try it for the adjustability, but wouldn't buy one. I see no reason to change anything else. I'd much rather change my swing, especially with irons. I don't know how I make up the time I used to spend trolling for clubs on ebay and forums.

My Ping G driver that I bought mid-summer is there to stay.....so is my old Odyssey Rossie II mallet. I bought
an Adams Idea #6 hybrid iron recently that I'm really liking a LOT. My Orlimar Trimetal Plus #9 wood is money
too. Everything else is "subject to change" whenever other options to try come along....That's one reason I've
gone back to "building" as opposed to buying a lot of OEM stuff. Just too much fun "tinkering," IMO.

Only thing I change out is maybe my putter, but it just rotates with another one. I have a Ping Redwood Anser and a Ping Anser 2 Milled.

I always troll for either a Stroke Lab 7s or a Spider Tour.... but I just troll, I’ll never buy one.

My irons are untouchable -- 2002 Bridgestone Access VP-02. I like the DTG EZ-PZ wedges, I carry the 52 and 60, and I've used them a few years now. Drivers are a revolving door -- I'm willing to try anything. Putters were steady for a while, but the last year I've tried a few things to battle the yips.
