Right now that's the only option. But it works pretty well and the slider bar at the right helps you navigate the posts easily.
Also, I see to have to refresh the page to see my post. Otherwise it doesn't show up.
You shouldn't have to. Might be related to the browser you are using or some settings within. Maybe you have JavaScript disabled?
