This is actually an interesting thing, I never really thought about. If you learn to shoot properly, you are taught to take a deep breath, breath half out hold and pull the trigger. That creates stability in your core and relaxes your shoulders so you don’t jerk the trigger or move your sites. I could see the same idea working well in golf. Breath it out, get yourself as free of tension as possible in the muscles that pull the club off line and stabilize your core so you are less likely to collapse as you go down through. Time to test this out!
