johnnydoom so funny story about “Stand”. First off, Nick is “Green screened “ downstairs in our house in his studio for that video. My wife and I helped set everything up.
More importantly, a couple things. When Dee did this for the Station Nightclub Fire documentary a guy came into our indoor golf place because his brother died in the fire and saw Nick on the video. This guy is a big rock fan but Nick is very humble and keeps to himself. So the guy comes down in tears to see Nick and thanks him… so cool… this guy was in ahocknthat he watched the video and sees that he sees Nick every week at indoor golf where Nick works.
The other part is we went down to the memorial for the fire and a lot of people recognized Nick. He was taking pics, signing stuff. …. Very cool
