KCee Everyone, I mean EVERYONE, everywhere has got to learn 1 thing. They put the stuff in the cups for a good reason, safety, somewhat. If it goes into the cup, it's counted as holed. No matter where the ball ends up after it goes in. BUT, it must go in. If you have a raised cup, if it hits the cup, it's holed. No other way to look at it, and there can be no argument, with me anyway. I hit the cup, it's holed. If I do this off the tee, it's a hole-in-one legit. If it goes in the cup and bounces out, it's still a fucking hole-in-one!! Was it a glancing blow? You know if it was in the cup or if it was 'across' the cup. Did the ball jump out? Doesn't matter.
The league secretaries should have all had meetings and ironed out the 'new' rules of play for their leagues. Everyone has to abide by those same rules. Those that cheat, will cheat. It's up to their opponents to call them out and report them.
