Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

To be honest, I don't have much game to destroy.

Here's an example of last night...

Best drive with a driver, 137. Went to using a hybrid, 237. 8 iron 96, PW 120.

We had to use their balls which I'm guessing had a chip in them. So feel shots were non existent. Plus the hitting area had groove worn down in the mat. Yes, we could move it, but then the sim wouldn't pick it up.

Then if you didn't make the green within 2 shots of regulation, it automatically gave you a triple bogie and moved on.

6 holes in 2 hours isn't fun no matter indoor or out.

Sorry to hear this…That does not sound like an enjoyable simulator experience at all…something is wrong with their equipment & they need to fix it or upgrade

CallMeAl What the heck kind of place did you go to?? Top Golf has the balls with the chip on them and it’s fine but the sim itself sounds like there were problems. Like Kcee, you guys should have said something. There are settings that might have been off. Happens at our place sometimes so we go over and fix it

Headed to the Husqvarna dealer shortly to pickup my serviced snowblower. So now with a new snowblower and a serviced snowblower there will be no more snow.
I applied a grip tape to my S&W Shield. That's it so far.

The domestic General informed me yesterday that she wants something like this ⬇️on the wall where I installed a new dart board a couple weeks ago prior to the Super Bowl party we hosted.

So I may get motivated and make an attempt to screw up the basement wall in our house today 🤣😂

Also should probably go pick up my “free bucket” at Harbor Freight today…there has to be some damn tool I need in order to get my free 5 gal bucket?!?!?! 🤪

I like the cork panels…would work better for “real” darts is my assumption…we have the plastic tip ones with electronic board though

We also use plastic tips as my wife is "prone" to missing her target. I do have steel tips when I'm on my own though.

12 of us rented 3 sims. All had similar issues. We did complain, but all we got was "Sorry. We're backed up right now. All we can do is reset the machine" which they did several times.

Snow blower was not ready...still has the same issue so they ordered a new auger cable...I changed out the wipers on the wife's car then did some basic chores...hoping for enough warmth tomorrow to wash the cars.

CallMeAl That’s so bad Al. You’re probably looking at $55 an hour. Don’t know how long you rented for but I’m thinking if things went right they would have 12 guys come back and do it again, now they have 12 guys that will never go back there and might think all sims are like that. I’m sorry that happened to you guys.

If the calibration is “off”, it’s weird to have it like that in all 3 sims. BUT it sounds like this place doesn’t give a shit and it’s probably like that all the time.

Let me guess… this place has a big bar, food, TVs everywhere? Basically a sports bar first and foremost where beer sales rank above everything. The golf is the least of their concerns. We have those places around here.

I went to Encinitas today. Took a pony down for a friend. I used her trailer, and made a few $. Made it back to her place and discovered that all the marker lights weren't working. Cab lights, and everything on the bed was dark. Turn, brake, and headlights worked just fine. I finally remembered that I have a set of magnetic drag lights that I tossed on the bed and drove home.
I'll look for blown fuses tomorrow.

Most trailer lighting issues I have dealt with over the years is due to grounding the lights to the trailer. Ground everthing back to the battery through the coupler and no issues.

You gotta have an issue somewhere though. A fuse blows to protect a circuit. Bad connection (trailer plug?) wire rub through, if they’re LED lights could be a bad light. I’d make sure I have plenty of spare fuses in my glove box for next time.

colej I do have plenty of fuses, now. Trailer circuit should be separate, it has its own switch for trailer lights, along with a continuous duty solenoid.
