fatshot Getting read for the new year…… Took outdoor Christmas lights down (since it was 45* and sunny outside!)…. Called and made optical appointments for wife and I (two years since cataract surgery, and I NEED a new Rx!)…. Called and set up payment account for the new Honda…. Lengthened new Maltby PTM5 putter…. Walked 2 miles at the park…..
CallMeAl jsippy73 My parents went 2 weeks without electricity because of an ice storm a few years ago...wasn't fun at all.
[deleted] raggmann54 My just in case generator has a 10,000 surge rating. It's not just winter storms either. There are a fair share of nice weather outages. I played around with smaller generator for a bit. Not anymore. This one runs my house with no compromises.
LBlack14 I'm not much good with more than 2 days off, with this weather. Went to Costco earlier and now just bored.
candukid Shipped a package to CallMeAl Getting a much needed haircut. Winter is returning layer today with snow squalls. Going to relax at home and watch some football and hockey.
Par4QC Went to optometrist. No new glasses, new eyes needed instead. Snowing, sticking, salt trucks were even out, SMH......we're all gonna die!
Par4QC Typhoon You said a tank of gas lasts you a month. 6 weeks.....at least. Filled up late Nov.. May need to do it again already, before Feb.🤣. No golf the past few weeks, ya know? Grocery store is around the corner. UPS only 6 blocks. Convenient store/gas station also around the corner. Kids live about 10 blocks away.
Par4QC Eguller 👍Yeah, I knew they were there just from the way everything looks.....fuzzy/cloudy. But, they've been this way all summer and I never mishit a ball at any time. Go figure. Scheduling is ongoing as I type. 😫
Eguller Par4QC this way all summer and I never mishit a ball at any time. Go figure. Well.... when you get 'fixed' you'll probably turn pro. 🏌😉 Be sure to check out ALL of your options - I've been researching cat. surgery for a while. 🤑
Rickochet Par4QC Yeah, I knew they were there just from the way everything looks.....fuzzy/cloudy. But, they've been this way all summer and I never mishit a ball at any time. Go figure. Scheduling is ongoing as I type. 😫 I had both of mine done last spring. My eye doc built his own surgery suite onto his office bldg. Mine were easy peasy 10 min. surgeries done two weeks apart.
colej Par4QC My mom just had both of hers done. She’s very happy with the results and can’t believe how much better she sees at night.
Par4QC Eguller I've been researching cat. surgery for a while. 🤑 I'll be doing that also. But unless 100% covered, there is no option.
Bravopilot Par4QC Had an eval the other day and they graded mine at 2/4. Odd to me they use 1-4 as the scale. Said comeback ion a year, may need to have them removed in 5 years but not now. My review of Medicare shows Medicare pays 80% based on where you live, which again seems odd. Based on type of surgery and lens replacement used.
