sdandrea1 watching my new sod die in the heat/drought. Moving sucks.
Damn....feel for you.
Our house two years ago was the last sod laid by the local sod farm until the weather cooled.
Day 1 my contractor said they could set up sprinklers all over the yard on timers and did.
Day 2 we were gone most of the day so the contractor could finish odds and ends. they were monitoring the watering.
Day 3 realized half the timers were set improperly and did not come on.
Day 4 ++++++ Playing catch up to save what I could and did, but not totally healthy grass until last year when we got drenched in the spring.
Fight the good battle. There may be brief relief tomorrow or Friday.
