Par4QC Don’t get me started🤬. So a few months ago I went to send my cracked Stealth 2 Plus head back. I had the guys at Golfers Warehouse on it but they said TM was not sending me a new Qi10… they would send another S2. So I said I’d wait.
Fast forward to now. I go online to fill out the claim form. In the notes I tell them work for TM and would like either a Qi10 core or max model instead of the LS. The LS is the same as the Stealth 2 Plus and they replace the model that comes in…. Which I why I told them as a fitter and demo guy the LS would be too low spin and I’d rather have people wanting the driver I am hitting well rather than one I am not hitting well.
So today I drop off the head to send back. I call TM to ask which one they are sending me. An LS🤬. I said to the guy, so nobody reads the email where I said I work here and want a different head… one that works for me… and it’s less money. They guy said nothing. Now when I get it I’ll have to go to a customer to have them swap it out. For this aggravation, im taking a couple shafts from the demo matrix.
