In the office today. Way behind on quotes, but also doing some personal stuff. Got a letter from the IRS that says I didn't pay my taxes. Umm yes I did and I was NOT happy about it. I did a direct transfer from my bank and I went online and checked that and it all looks good.
Now I have to log into IRS.gov, but first I have to set up ID.me account login because the login I had from the direct deposit is not secure enough. Pain in the ass confirming email and text in between work stuff, but done. Now I also need to upload my driver's license and then take selfie to extra confirm its me. Each time you do anything you need to login to ID.me and then re-confirm by text. I get all this done and I think I'm in the home stretch to actually logging in and the IRS site crashes on me 😡 Going to wait a while before I start over.
I swear I spend so much time trying to fix problems that are NOT of my creation. I could probably play another 4 hour round of golf each week with the time I spend sorting sh*t out.
