KCee Made what I thought would be a quick Costco run for some food and a prescription, but it was like a Saturday there. I have love/hate with that place as I love a lot of their stuff, but it's busier than DisneyWorld. It's also like 80* out today wtf.
I usually go to Costco during the week and the crowd is not too bad. It's always busy but weekends are busier. I went there last summer during the week to get my hearing aid repaired and do a major meat run. Since we live 30 miles away we do a large meat purchase and freeze it every few months. I get to the store and it is super busy for a weekday. All of the placarded parking spaces are full so I park out with the commoners quite a distance away. It is 90° and humid and my bad knees and back made the hot longer walk a bit of a chore. I finally get all of my business done and hobble out with a full cart of steaks, roasts, et. al.. Go out to my truck and it is gone. I look everywhere. My legs were about done so I go back in and have a drink at the food court. WTF am I going to do if I can't find it? So I go back out and looking exactly where I thought it was again and it isn't. So, I go where it shouldn't be and bingo there it is. Whew. It dawned on me on the way back home to use the red horn button on the key fob next time. Last Tee Moment # 47.
