Looking back, they did a lot of tests and lab work today. EKG, CAT scan, lab work and a bunch of other stuff that takes time to get approved, done and analyzed. And I am sure it is worse on a Monday which I am sure is a busy day They did say that today was "one of those days." Sitting around in uncomfortable rooms for hours is not what people want to do and it is easy for us to get frustrated. I have to commend the staff at our local hospital. Everyone there always smile and try to help make the situation the best they can.
