Bravopilot They need to be taught to move stuff at smaller profit and more volume, instead of trying to make 100% profit on everything. They won't haggle. They got stuff that's been in there for 2 years and better. The guy said he wants to have a great year of moving stuff and I told him well you need to lower your prices as well. That's when he asked me if I'd be interested in a job and I told him I'd fill out the application and we could go from there.
At another store, yesterday, I took in some clubs, Cleveland putter, Srixon hybrid & Dick's version of the Nickent hybrid that was beat the hell and 6-7 pair of nice/decent, used Nike/Adidas/1 Reebok shoes. This guy, who was a cocky 20 something, said he was gonna pass on the putter and Srixon hybrid, but kept the Nickent. He also said he only wanted the Nike Shoes, 1 pair I've had and worn since 2006 and the other I've had since 1996 (no shit). He passed on all the Adidas and the Reeboks. I laughed and said Ooookay buddy, you're the pro. They have a shitload of junior clubs and they had a set of Cobra Junior clubs that had the hat head cover on the driver. I know these clubs have been there for over a year. I asked him if he'd sell just the head cover and he said no it comes with the set. I said it's just a head cover and he repeat it comes with the set. I said you can sell me the head cover and sell the set for the same price and make a little extra on the head cover and nobody has a clue that there was even a head cover there. He didn't fucking get it. He was one of those kids that said a lot of no worries and right ons and shit like that. Zero critical thinking skills. Probably wore a pussy hat outside of work.D.F.L.D. 🙄
