Finish putting together a kitchen cart / table (made in China) for my mother in law. This thing has 29 pages of instructions and about 10 little bags of different type screws / parts etc..
Like putting together a puzzle. Without the instructions there's be no chance of putting this thing together. Got to page 3 and ran into a problem.
They made one of the holes for a side thingy to big. Had to decide whether to quit and send it back or go keep going. Turns out it's a needless attachment on the side she can live without.
I'll just put some screws in the holes and it'll look like they're part of the deal. Anyway, 2 1/2 hours in I had to quit and go home to feed the cats. Will finish it today. Just the shelves and front doors to go.
My mother in law didn't have her hearing aids in. So I have to yell. Her neighbor next door who checks in on her didn't recognize my car and knocked on the door hearing all the yelling. lol
Invited her in to see what all the commotion was about. Very frustrating thing to assemble. Lot's of stress relief curse words were flying around. lol Back to finish it this morning. Fun. 😏
