sdandrea1 I'm usually only 5' away with the pellet gun. I sneak it out a small opening in the sliding doors. A rifle would be quiter though.

You can get a pellet rifle for cheap - Gamo Whisper Silent Cat, .177 cal - about $150 or less. Has a "sound suppressor" as part of the barrel...Really good for those pesky varmints or geese...

Eguller The nurse called this morning to make the urology appointment. Now I said any day, any time… I work my job around it. I get March 20🙄.

So looking into what causes the condition I see I would basically have to stop eating. Apparently my diet consists solely on Highly saturated fats. So as I was reading that, they said cake with icing… I was right then eating an iced cinnamon roll🙄. So that shit ends now. Cheese, butter, red meat, gone. I’ll lose 20 lbs but…

Sadly that's how it is now. My wife has an orthopedist appt next week and it took her months to get that even though she can go any day or time too. That's just for the surgeon to agree with the other ortho that recommended another surgery. No idea when the surgery would actually be, but probably April or May? We really need AI to start replacing docs.

Thinking about going out, but temps are single digits again also and windy(again). Sunday is supposed to be up near 30 and will be mid 30's all next week....and rain every day. So, may let Mother Nature to my shoveling. I don't really need to get out anyway.

Eguller I’ll look that up. So last night only had a salad with sliced almonds and croutons…. No cheese or bacon bits. Nothing after that. This morning coffee with non dairy creamer and a protein shake. Now I’m on the toilet😂😂.

Taking the wife to a baby shower in a while. Rather nice story. Friend of mine through work back in the 1990’s. His daughter had lewkemia twice, ended up unable to have kids. We went to her wedding a couple years ago. The parents, we go away twice a year on vacation with. One of their other daughters donated an egg and they have a surrogate so they can have a baby.

Watching the diet today will be tough, I’ll be hanging out the the guys down there

Did an oil change today. After that I went to the golf course, hit the range, and played 13 holes.
My range time was spent with my 5 iron, and the aeroswing. Once I got home, I put rainx on the windshield of my beastie in preparation for Monday. Helped my dad load a 12" drum sander into the trunk of the car so it can get some work done on it tomorrow or next week. Then unboxed my new Rex shaft puller!!

Warmed up my car and took a spin around the neighborhood. Still slick, packed down ice. Going to take my daughter over to her boyfriend's house in a little while and get a good look at the main roads, which I'm pretty sure are relatively clear now. Come back home relax. Go pick her up in a few hours and come home to watch football. Church cancelled tomorrow, so just chillin the whole weekend. Spaghetti and meatballs for supper tonight.
