Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Typhoon that's a pretty good possibility. I spent most of Wednesday morning running a chainsaw cutting up a large limb from a pine tree that fell by the 8th green. Then spent time cleaning it all up so it doesn't look like anything happened.

The trap on 18 is nuts…

It’s literally 10 feet high. You can’t believe because on TV it just looks like a trap. I told the pro I was gonna hit a few out of the trap before I leave

sdandrea1 Grocery shopping, raising up one of my rotor irrigation heads. Picking up 3 grandkids that are staying the weekend. Ages 8, 5 , 2. If you don't hear from me by Sunday PM, the grandkids did us in. Pray for us........

[unknown] We used to have a green side trap like that at the course that was across the street from my house. The course was sold and built over about 15 years ago, but I remember that bunker very well. I would have to pick a feature on the lip of the bunker to aim at and then walk around to the only access point to get to the ball. Had to do a lot of raking to smooth the tracks back and forth to the access.

Heading out to get boss lady's kid to LAX by 6:30ish. He has a flight somewhere around 8 this morning. He's off to horse show for a week or 2.

Having some breakfast, going to the P.O. to mail some guitar stuff to my buddy's daughter in Virginia Beach, doing some yard work and tossing a football 1000 times, 3:00 tee time for the Oaks. My daughter is gone for the night so I think my wife and I will go out for a beer and dinner later, she and her boss are on a mountain hike. I'm expecting some complaints about being sore..lol

Painted deck boards yesterday (with the help of Mrs. Fatshot). Using a product called Pittsburgh Paint
Revitalize, a really THICK consistency paint that seems to dry into a very hard finish. We did about half
the boards before running out of gas....finishing the job today.

Put a bunch of mulch down and then hose down the pool area. Run some errands. Chick Fil A for lunch, then relax by the pool with a few Bud Lites watching some golf and later the Kentucky Derby. Capped off with some steaks on the grill.

Going to a Quilts of Valor presentation of our local group. I know a couple of those receiving. My wife has made 8 of the quilts. Today in the ceremony they are presenting their 500th quilt of the local group. These presentations get quite emotional at times for those receiving. Wife insisting on going even though she just had her foot surgery.

No such thing as a weekend for me. Gotta drop off my TM stuff for another rep at 10 and then go work the pro shop 12-close.
