Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Those would make excellent additions! However I have two problems: 1) I’ve had too much of those in the past and need to go low carb. 2) It was a work day so ain’t nobody got time for that! Using pre-cooked sausage it only took 5 minutes to whip up (and about the same to consume)

We have a local sausage plant near, Edward's Sausage. They used to sell precooked "flame broiled" patties that tasted just like their other non cooked sausage. Two patties would nuke in 40 secs. and it was good. Every other precooked brand I have tried is meh. I now cook of 24 pattie box of Edwards at one time and freeze them. Just as good as the pre-cooked but more trouble.

Smithfield stuff is good. We frequently grill a Smithfield ham steak. It is vacuum packed and almost 1/2" thick. It is a full cut for about $5. We also just ordered a pre-cooked Smithfield spiral sliced country ham for Christmas dinner.

planned for today......yesterday it was addressing Christmas cards, one of my least favorite things to do....!

Raining here… boring… took Varitek for a walk because he was antsy. Poop detail, had Taylormade Training to do on the new products and fitting systems. Apparently I was behind in last years training so I did all those too. Posted clubs for sale.

Maybe go out and bring in some patio crap, go grab a coffee, CrossFit at 5 pm
