Typhoon Sparky I’m so much more comfortable with irons 1/2” short. I’m 5’5” now and when I was 5’7” I measured for shorter clubs. The demo iron I hit with the -1/2” shaft didn’t give me any distance loss… everything was the same it just felt like I could “go after it harder”. Just watch the swingweight. With the steel KBS Tour 120 I was fine but I shortened a Recoil Es 780 and the swingweight was like a c-5 and it was awful to swing. I think if I ever get a set of clubs that I’ll go -1/2”… I ain’t growing 🙄

Walterjn Birthday celebration for a few people one of them works at the golf course. So naturally there was a gold "tournament', and go carting. Go carts were out on the driving range, they have a little track out there that is maintained by the greens keepers.
Walterjn colej oh yeah, we have a former Baja winner who shows up and golfs with his wife, then he spent time on the carts. The owner has a new side by side that he brought out. There is a berm between the #6 fairway and the driving range. He was jumping that side by side over that berm going both ways. No damage done to the course. Apparently when he first got that thing, he and one of the guys working there unloaded it at the course, saw some eyes reflecting the headlights and chased a coyote around the place and didn't damage anything on the course...
