colej I'm assuming they checked for vitamin deficits? I was having serious aches and pain a little over 10 years ago (I'll be 55 this year) and I got it mostly sorted out with Vitamin D, Magnesium, potassium and some other supplements like Turmeric and Astaxanthin.
I had to start stretching regularly too. It also seems like I need more water than the average person. 8 glasses of liquid per day is not enough for me; I need to shoot for 10-12 or more. ....once I start to sweat I am waterfall lol.
