Yeah, I've heard good things about that area. My problem is I'm a Brewers fan and we usually like to have an easier jaunt to their spring training facility. We've been visiting in the spring for many years, until last spring broke our streak. Furthest south we've stayed in east valley is Tempe. We've stayed in Scottsdale. We've stayed in north, central and south Phoenix. Mostly west valley though, Peoria, Avondale, Goodyear, Estrella. My guess is we'd probably be more likely to end up west than east but who knows?
One big problem is too many Cubs fans in SE valley. 😉
