Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Statistical analysis followed by the red tape the results are likely to produce. Planted a bunch of varieties of tomato seeds, not all of which will make it into the garden, but the most vigorous looking ones will. Ordered two additional Japanese maple twigs (I gallon pots) to add to the landscape and see if they survive. I'm buying small cheap ones and planting multiple varieties that are supposed to be heat and sun tolerant to a point, thinking that not all will make it but those that do will be strong and happy where they're at.

johnnydoom Curiosity got the best of me, had to research this tree variety as it never came up in botany classes. Always wondered what the beautiful tree across the street was, now I know.

Par4QC There are 100's of varieties, most of them are pretty short and almost all are very slow growing. Almost all have terrific fall color and many also have interesting color when they first leaf out in spring. The red upright ones are the most common here in the south because they tolerate heat better than most, but I'm putting a wide variety of them out there hoping a few will stick. The two I just ordered are from Mr. Maple dot com.

WFH, but snuck out to the local sim for quick 30 minutes. As good as I hit the ball there last time I was THAT bad this time. I wanted to try a few clubs I had put together, but today was not the day for club testing.

I couldn't even hit my current ones. According to the sim I was swinging too much from the inside and too steep. I made some good swings here and there, but for the most part everything was a spinny push draw. I did hit my GW, 7w and 5w pretty much dead straight and solid so that was nice. Unexpected too since I regularly pull my GW and overdraw my 5w and was thinking of taking them out of the bag.

They did offer me a discounted price for another 30-60 minutes for Friday morning so I booked it. Sort of afraid for next week's golf trip now. 😱

Started my day off by going to get bloodwork done. When I got there, they asked me if I was prepared to give a urine sample. Unfortunately, I wasn't expecting that as the doctor hadn't made me aware of that. I wasn't ready. So I had to go home with a sample jar. So I had to go back to drop it off.

On the way home I stopped to get my car wash.

I need to set up my new back as we have a tee time for tomorrow. First round since before Thanksgiving.

A walk is still on my schedule as well as a meeting of my homebrew club.

Busier day than most for me.

Spartan Shit, you’re flat out… making tee times, wrestling up some urine for a urine test, car wash…. I would have thought maybe the water beating down on the car might make you pee. Nobody can see you in the car…. Get it done and drive back to the dr with the sample.

Back from TM Fitting Summit last night. Hit a few accounts today, went to the gym, catching up on some emails and orders, walk for Spike. Just good to be back home. I hate to travel.

Today, I slept in. I finally got home about 9pm last night when I finally shut down and went to sleep is was about midnight
I received the one part I needed to fix the kitchen aid mixer my dad brought home from the church, it can now go back and be used again.
Now, im watching US women's curling, eating pretzels, jerky, jelly beans, and washing it down with ginger beer.

Had to cancel our tee time tomorrow, forecast rain/snow mix in the early morning and windy. Low temperature alone might not deter us from getting on the golf course but with the wind chill factor below the freezing line will definitely freeze these old bones. Thought about the heated vest, but I really need a heating blanket.
