Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

I was invited to play in this. This one happened this past Tuesday. The guy who is in charge of that had a heart attack on the 1st tee box as he hit his drive. He's now back playing.

Knocking out a few minor chores this morning and then headed to a noon Simulator time for a couple hours…

Have never hit any Nippon shafts before if you can believe that…so I am most excited about that part of it 😆

VigilanteTrail Nippon shaft feel is as close to graphite as you can get in steel. The 950,1050 and 1150 seem to work better than the Modus line.

I looked it up and these “930GH DST” regular flex shafts are like 89-90 grams…I might just fall in love if they are stable with good dispersion…we shall see

Spike’s been caged up in the house and the deck since his pneumonia diagnosis so he was itching for a ride. We hit the Used bookstore to drop off, now we’re at Dunks getting iced coffees in the 19 degree temps. He loves a ride!!

Elders canceled the public church service today, but the ministers and elders led an online worship, so we watched that. Going to try and get out to the main road and go eat lunch somewhere nearby. Not sure what after that. Below freezing, but strong sun has loosened things up enough that I sunk through the surface of the sleet for the first time in 8 days. Tomorrow the big melt should begin.

Thank you! Wasn’t bad. The main road about a quarter mile from the house is a 4 lane road and had one lane completely clear in both directions. We went about 3 miles for a nice lunch at the Red Fish Grill and then another mile to Target to get laundry detergent. Back home now. Things should be almost back to normal by around this time tomorrow.

Looking forward to saying goodbye to the 8 day old blanket of sleet!

Partial shutdown, including Defense, has work oddly impacted. No direction about impact and who is/is not impacted has been very different than last Oct. Not sure why. Might be still allowing people to WFH due to last week's weather.

Yes, everything looked great. Got another X ray to confirm. Inciision looked good to. Therapy starts Thursday.
