Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Currently 47° here, just fired up my truck, and letting her warm up. Then off to get fuel, and some snacks for the day. I'm hauling horses.

Battery croaked on my '12 Highlander. I was afraid to jump it and drive it to the parts store and let them do it fearing it might quit on the way over so I did it myself. Easy removal and had the built in strap but it was heavy for my geezer ass. It's amazing how much heavier these things get each time I have to change one. It went back in easily. Just did one on my truck last year now this one on the highlander. At 75 this might be the last one I have to mess with. 🙃

Little test today, drove out to 3 of my far away accounts to see if I could do those and be back home for my 10:30 gym class. Made it! Now I would have time for golf this afternoon if I want.

I did that and for me, it was a mistake. I quit walking for the most part and ended up with weak legs that were not
ready for post op rehab. Add to that my back picked that time to act up which pretty much ended up ending my
therapy sessions. My therapist said, "I can't do much with your back the way it is." Any how, don't wait too long.

Got to the course, saw a kid in front of me, he was awful. Then another single in a cart waited for the kid to get to the green on the par 5 first hole only to hit one 50 feet along the ground. Retee of course and block one dead right into the woods.

I turned around and left. Not getting behind that shit.

Went to the range. Meant to take a few more drivers with me but forgot so I swung hard with the G400LST/Paderson Velocity combo. That thing is like a cheat code.

Work, gym, range ( wanted to try my SIM2 max head alongside the g400 LST. ). Also a great club. Had a Motore shaft in it that I didn’t think I got along with but hit it well in the Sim. Also had a Paderson like the Ping has so it was a good comparison. Heading to the pro shop in a while, just folded the clothes from the dryer.

Worked, came home and let the dog out. Then I went to the range at Province Lake to find out it was closed. 🙄 They are one of the last to open, first to close and now this.

Worked. Stopped by Tractor Supply on the way home and picked up bird food. Got home ahead of a thunderstorm that’s drenching us now. Not sure what lies ahead for the evening, but hopefully not much more than supper of some sort.

One word. Flonase. I have a huge allergic reaction to Oak Tree pollen. Suffered for years. Finally found Flonase nasal spray and it’s a miracle worker.

johnnydoom Same for me this morning. Feels like I am really hungover and I haven't had a drink since last weekend. Also want to scratch my eyes out. I was outside for maybe an hour total yesterday. Zyrtec is doing nothing so going to add Flonase with it like I've had to do some years.

Went to the course and replaced a couple bearings on one of the walk mowers. Then I got to grind the triplex reels, replaced all 3 bed knives. Every single one cuts paper, might be a hair tight, yet I was told to run them. I also got to make the test passes with it. After that I was told I could mow tee boxes if I wanted, so I did.

Yeah, used daily here as well. We get the generic (fluticasone propionate) in a 6 pack at Sam’s Club for ~ $23.00. I’d do a commercial for them for free.

The month of May up there is brutal for pollen. Here in Florida it’s March. Went to the Lahey Clinic back in the 90’s and had allergy tests done where they prick your back with allergens to see what you’re allergic to.

Severe reaction to oak tree pollen. And a bunch of minor allergy reactions. Over the years I tried everything. Did nothing. Flonase stops everything.
