Played 18 with my son today. That boy is my good luck charm. Shot 39-39 and broke 80 for the 3rd time ever, all with him with me. Front 9 was 8 pars and a triple bogey on a short par 3.🤬 Back nine was a little more exciting. I birdied the 10th which is the 2nd hardest hole and had another birdie on 12. Lost my game a bit and finished with 4 straight bogeys.
I made a slight adjustment with my grip when hitting the driver. I owe this change to the going back to old swing thread. I got rid of the little fade I have been hitting for the last 9 months and started hitting straight bombs again! Picked up 15-20 yards off the tee. It felt great to have my old swing back. Turned the coure I was playing into a driver wedge practice session playing from 6000 yards. Fun day.
