Hooked up a new printer today. Of course it didn't go smooth. 😏 Using my computer it kept giving me an error code. Talked to an HP tech rep and long story short he said it was my computer that was the problem.
It's an HP as well and less than two years old. Said my drivers were corrupted etc.. 😯
I said I would just connect thru my iPhone. He said I couldn't do that. 😕 Told him it said I could use a computer, mobile or tablet device to connect.
He ended up hanging up on me. 😒 Connected thru my iPhone and it works with everything now including my computer. 😎 So much for customer support. 🙄
