sdandrea1 Funny story… Years ago when EVH Amps came out Gary was a rep and did a demo at Guitar center Nick and I went. Nick meets Gary, who he knew online. Gary hands me his phone and asks me to take a picture of him and Nick because Nick is gonna be famous some day.
Some years later Nick auditions for a local band and the manager was friends with Lita Ford and sent video of Nick playing to Lita to ask what she thought. She said “get him”.
Another couple years go by and Gary is playing with Lita at Great Woods up here. The day after the show they were doing a little meet and greet and played a few songs at Guitar center in Norwood. Nick and I went. So we’re in line to see Gary and Gary sees Nick and Is about to introduce Nick to Lita and she looks at Nick and says “I know you..I saw you play, you were awesome… I just can’t remember where I saw you.” And then Gary told her he played with that band who asked her about him. Very cool day.
