When we got the new oven replaced, we now have a 1" gap in the counter top both sides
where the granite was cut out to accommodate the shape of the old one.
Called a granite guy, but he didn't seem interested in trying to 'fix' such a small area.....
So I decided to give it a go myself!😲 (wifey wasn't too sure on THIS project).
Contacted "Smooth On" where I used to get the resin for my putters and found some epoxy resin
that is damn near as hard as the granite.👍
Only comes in black which was fine for this job.....
Not the easiest stuff to sand with my oscillating tool.
I think it came out just fine!
