Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

And that fella got a huge problem if he's out there when a fan is needed. Mental.

Par4QC don't know about your kneck of the woods, but fans are fairly common. We can afford it, so why not, they help with air flow. We've installed them on 5 greens, 3,4, 8, 12 & 15. Running the electric, was a major chore. Jobs like that, I'm glad I'm old.

Par4QC Yup that’s home. I was just a good opportunity to snap a picture with nobody out shootin in front of me.

Snapped a picture of Little Tony carrying my clubs. No issues not having a cart bag😂😂. As you can see, got my 5 clubs and putter.

The other day I was mowing out by the street, and I hit a concrete sewer box, bending one of the blades of
my Craftsman rider at about a 90* angle to where it ought to be! After golf yesterday, I put it up on ramps
and tried to loosen the bolt, but no luck. Squirted it good with WD-40 and let it sit overnight. This morning
I grabbed a 2 foot monkey wrench I bought a long time ago for some other project and that did the trick in
no time! Went to the local Tractor Supply, bought two blades, and replaced them both. Just came in from
mowing the lawn.....no accidents this time!

I had a similar problem several years ago and had to get a 24" breaking bar to get the bolt loose.

Up at 1, got boss lady's kid to LAX by 5:30. Traffic home was a shit show. Got to the course about 9am, got to do a @Typhoon job, shag the range...
After that is has been rake the pine straw into piles, so we can collect it all and put it around the base of the trees... currently taking a break, and fighting to stay awake...

Good for him!! I really enjoyed coaching the golf team (20 years worth) at the high school where I taught. You might warn him that unfortunately he will play against some kids who "can't count" very well. That's the unfortunate part
of sending kids out to play with no referee like in other sports.....

You are supposed to keep track of the other person's score. If they disagree with you, just say....."count 'em"!!

On a lighter note.....we once had the bank president on our bowling league.
I was told to not let him keep score. Couldn't add correctly.😲

Exactly the point of my post.....sometimes, at that level, the player has to be the "referee."

LBlack14 Might just be a TPC thing; maybe Deere Run does it. Never heard of the likes on any 'normal' course.
Only have seen it 1 time and that was for the poosyboys on TV.

Golf is all-weather.....play in it or stay home!! But if you're out there when it's so bad a fan is needed.....you need to be in a 'special' home😉.

I don't think so.
I have played a couple of courses that use fans in areas (greens only) that are high humidity, secluded and/or low lying, iirc.
Dries them out and may be an attempt to avoid disease?
Also helps with consistency across the course, as a guess.
