I needed this at Wendy's drive thru today. Took me 10 mins. to get to the order kiosk. After 5 mins. I hear a, "Be witch chew in a minute." It was actually 10 mins before he got back to me. The cars before me had their orders and gone. Simple order with nuggets and a single. I asked for four ingredients on the burger, mayo, ketchup, pickles, onion. All the order screen shows is cheeseburger, no tomato, no this and no that with none of what I asked for. I re-order it 5 times and always the same. I scream it two more times and still not right. Finally a lady (manager) takes my order and it is correct. I get to the window to pay and pick up and told the nuggets will be a few more minutes. The kid is covered in tats that were not professionally done. Without a doubt the worst service I have ever gotten at a fast food place. Fortunately the food was good. Grrrrr........ 🤬
