Rickochet I couldn't do that as I would get attached to them and not want to give them up.
We will see how it goes. Right now I need some canine interaction.
I understand exactly where you are coming from.
Years ago I volunteered at the local SPCA. On my first day they said, we will be right with you so just go visit the dogs in the pens that are ready for adoption.
I started walking through that area and all the dogs were jumping and barking, so very excited. Except one. It just sat there and looked at me as if to say: getting excited is a waste of and energy. You aren't going to take me home.
We just looked at each other for a few more seconds and nothing changed...........just no response.
I walked inside, said this is not for me and wrote a check.
