Typhoon Standing here in the pro shop with a line out the door to play and I'm wondering why.... its pouring out all day with a flood watch alert. What is wrong with people??? Are they going to die tomorrow?
johnnydoom I looked up the humidity level (59%) and made the decision not to mow the lawn today. May be the best thing I will accomplish. Cooking top sirloin steaks on the grill for supper tonight. Will be accompanied by baked beans and turnip greens. Going to be a good day of cheering Rickie on and watching the golf if I have my way.

fatshot Celebrated our 56th wedding anniversary today. Mrs. Fatshot and I played 9 holes (used to be 18, but that's all she can manage anymore 😞), and then out to dinner at our favorite restaurant. Watching the US Open now.....life is good.....
johnnydoom Woke to strong thunderstorms and no power. No plans for the day except church. Since we have both a morning and evening service, I’ll miss out on watching the last round. Got plans to play my first round in a long time tomorrow.
