03trdblack It’s 9 hosel, 9 toe, 2x6 center rear. This is in the hybrids and fairways.

The irons bottom of bore to ground is 1.625”.
That is a lot. It looks like they have the weight port shifted upward, and there is a lot less material in the crotch between hosel and blade. So the shape will be much more conventional now, I think.

Anyone else think the name of these is a bit clunky/awkward? Apparently "EQ1" stands for "Equal length, 1 length" and "NX" stands for "Next Generation", according to Tom. I think they should've stuck with the Sterling name since that had somewhat became its own brand, even had its own logo (the Sterling irons don't even have the Wishon logo on them, just the Wishon name on the hosel). Maybe Sterling II? Sterling NX? Sterling Part Deux? Anything but EQ1-NX! LOL

I think "Sterling" is it's own brand. Wishon designed their first set, but somehow was also able to sell them. But I don't think they are working together anymore.

Sparky The Sterling irons were a collaboration with Jaacob Bowden, but they were always Wishon-branded clubs and I'm pretty sure Wishon either partially or wholly owns the name, design, etc. But you may be right, there could be some sort of legal hurdle which prevented Wishon from using the Sterling name if Bowden wasn't a part of this model.
