If the Titans beat the Texans, they clinch the #6 spot and move on to the postseason.
The 49ers vs Seahawks: 49ers hold the #1 seed in the NFC West, but if they lose to Seattle they drop to the #5 seed and the Seahawks win the division. The Seahawks seeding would then come down to what happens in the Saints and Packers games.
Steelers vs Baltimore: If the Steelers somehow beat Baltimore, then they're relying on the Texans to beat the Titans to sneak into the playoffs. It's not impossible, as the Ravens will be sitting a bunch of starters. Yet the QB situation in Pittsburgh being what it is makes it difficult.
Philly vs Giants / Dallas vs Washington: If the Eagles win, they're in. If Dallas loses, the Eagles are still in regardless of whether they win or lose. The only way Dallas gets in is if they win and Philadelphia loses.
