Typhoon YouTube tv was something the cable girl mentioned.
So what your saying is I sign up on tv, is like $43/ month and I get local, golf Channel etc.. Do I still need my cable boxes? I assume I'd be turning them in and just getting this through the modem? Correct?
2 TV's are smart TV's so that's good. The other one I have a chrome cast thing in. Chrome cast works off the modem too so it'd be all good?
Is it $43 for each tv or is that the subscription and then I log in to whatever tv I want.
No need fir cable boxes. You are cancelling your cable TV contract. YouTubeTV streams over the internet, so just need internet service and a wifi router/modem. The $45 is for not only all your TVs, you can take a Chromecast on vacation with you and if your destination has wifi, you can use your YouTubeTV account there via phone or PC, just cast it to the TV on your place.
I used Chromecast until I discovered that YouTubeTV finally had an app that I could add to my TVs menu. Now I just access it with my TV remote, since my TV is on my wifi home network.
It gets better. My $45 a month covers my Florida house too. It rocks!
You can pause anything you're watching, go piss and resume. It's a game changer.
