Agree. The starters see very little action during the preseason for obvious reasons.
What was there, something like 20 flags thrown, 17 punts last night? One touchdown. My gosh, what a snooze fest. Bad coaching too. I think the Bears had 12 rushes the entire game, despite play action over and over.
GB did show some good signs on D, as did Chicago at times. But from an offense perspective, it was like watching paint dry for both teams, and not because of incredible defensive stands.
Maybe the fans are so anxious to get the season started that they're expecting midseason form already. But there was a lot of bad play, poor play calling. It was like watching two division III programs on the field last night.
