Accuflex or STS stepless steel shafts???

Anyone try these? They are dirt cheap on ebay, similar in price point to apollo shafts ($4-$5 each) - are they the same shaft with a different sticker? Both tout, mid kickpoint, 125 grams. Not sure about the trimming instructions - only 0.5" between flexes - always thought .5" would be about 1/3 flex change.
