I just got back from playing with the 47-inch, Bernie Baymiller club. Amazing....!! This head is probably 20 years old, so it sure does NOT have the latest and liveliest of faces, but surprisingly, I hit it VERY well, and was keeping up with my (5-years-younger) buddy who has always outhit me!! I had forgotten about the fact that there is now a rules limitation on shaft length, but for the kind of golf I play, nobody cares anyway, so........
