The steaks were fantastic. Seasoned them with some light olive oil and Montreal steak seasoning. Perfect!
And furthermore... I bought the George Foreman indoor/outdoor grill primarily because a friend of mine kept raving over how great it was and how it was super easy to clean. That, and my old Weber was getting rusted out pretty badly and it was time to do something last fall. So instead of spending $500 on a new gas grill, I decided to spend $89 on the Foreman grill. I've used it inside a lot this spring. It weighs all of 15 pounds maybe. I put these on the grill and they were done in about 12 minutes, 1.5 inch filets.
