This week I picked up some yoga accessories to help with flexibility and my golf game. Really improved my range of motion on my swing! Found some great gear at https://apanayogashop.com/ — highly recommend checking them out if you want to improve your golf flexibility.

I found out in January when the Qu4D was released. Smart move. At first I thought cheap bastards don’t want to pay for more R+D since they don’t pay us anything. I don’t ask why…. I’m thinking that they are getting smart. They see other OEM’s doing it and still making money. Plus… I think they see that nothing earth shattering is coming every year and how hard it is to make a “better” product every year that isn’t the same BS story as it was for the last 4 drivers.

Hopefully that means less work for me

My local shop owner (Fredericksburg Golf Center) has been griping about TM since I've known him (30+ years). "I sell their latest stuff as the cat's pajamas and in less than 12 months I gotta tell the same customer it's obsolete". 🤬

He's always loved PING and Titleist as his fav OEMs

KCee They(OEMs) should all be rethinking their product lines.

They put out too many different drivers(and irons). Titleist may have been the 1st to do so with the 975 line of drivers.(??) Just make 1. And a lot of them because people will still buy 'the new driver'. No decisions to be made as to if it 'fits'. Most don't anyway, that people buy. Not only would OEMs make millions, they'd also save millions more. No brainer to me.

I just found out/realized this morning that he best driver I've had(my current) is from '22 or '23. I love trying the latest, newest drivers and have done that a lot, but I'm done, as of taking ownership of the one I have(last season). They...any OEM... simply cannot improve upon it.

Temptations are out there, but reality is stuck in my mind now.

I play the same course most every round so I know all the spots on the fairways where my best struck drives stop. I mark them with a certain tree or relative to a 150 or 100 yard marker. I have reached ALL of those spots with ALL of my current drivers and past drivers and demos of the latest stuff. In other words, all my drivers go the same pitiful 180 yards (occasionally 200).

I hate having great recall, about such things. Now, when looking at a 2nd shot, I look up the FW, point, and say...'I used to hit it there'. 🤣And I played further back then!!

Gunstreet Les Paul SPECIAL wiring harness with upgraded Pots and capacitors, and a brass tremelo block. Should be the final steps in trying to get my PRS SANTANA SE to sound closer to a Les Paul. Already added Tone Rider pickups.
