jsippy73 Good question, only heads my son and I ever broke were TM. My weak little swing cracked a face years ago. Son cracked 2 or 3.

Most of my "buddy repairs" have been TM heads flying off their shafts.

Ours were cracked faces. To be fair my son qualified for the next qualifier in amateur long drive. He got killed at the next phase. Him and I played league together for a few years much fun. Those who thought they could drive with him came out of their shoes to no avail. Has 4 hole in ones. One on a par 4. Him and wife are on their way to the Masters.

sdandrea1 Why does TM stuff break so often?

This way you don’t have to ever “buy” anything more than once. I’ve used the warranty replacement policy 3 times on the driver head…. Free upgrade every year.

Well I’m pissed. After sending a lengthy email with the warranty claim stating who I worked for and what I did for TM. I also wrote that they wanted me in the most recent head because my bag is on the range for customers to see. I asked for the LME head and told them to bill me the extra $30.

Today I get an email that they shipped me a Qi35 head. Fuckin idiots…. So they read nothing. I sent my bosses an email. Tomorrow morning I’ll be calling Taylormade and have the shithead on the phone read back my email to me. Fuckin incompetence that I can’t deal with.

Par4QC I get a new boss every year. And this year one of the rules is no competitors clubs in your bag on the range. Finally after years of not saying it, someone realized you had the Taylormade guy there with his Cobra bag.

I told them my driver was broken and I’d have an old Sim driver out there. That’s when they said I needed to have the most recent one.

Went to PIAS and bought a nice Wilson lefty putter for $4.99.
They had a ton of older stuff and made for TV stuff for like $10. It was a crowded space so when I went to the bathroom and came back a couple guys were looking at stuff so I couldn't get back in there. I'm going to go back and try some stuff out just for s& g's

I just bought these beauties for $80 total on Ebay. Going to pair them with my Wilson Staff Progressive irons.

Lightly used Wilson Dynapower Forged 5-GW w/recoil DART F3 shafts. Can't wait to get some swings in with these and compare them to my Maltby STi2Gen2 irons.

I bought an assortment of grips from Dick's. I'm so far out of the equipment loop these days I didn't realize that Lamkin was no longer around.

I pulled out my bag this week after a long break and even with a cleaning I saw I need new grips on most everything. I always used Lamkin crossline cords and have a few in my bin but lord knows how old they are. So it's rip'n'regrip time. I bought a couple different GP and SuperStroke and I'm going to experiment with them before I commit to a full set of anything.

Dammit, I'm gonna miss my Lamkins. They were like an old friend i could always count on.
