LBlack14 Yes it's on my BMW 328. I've heard it's a lifesaver for turbo cars. It does catch a fair amount of cr*p as I empty it every oil change.
Not sure of the brand. I was going to buy a pricey one from Mishimoto that was designed to fit the BMW, but most of the guys on the Bimmer forum said to just get basic one and I got mine off Amazon (or eBay?).
Mine came with hose but I bought some better hose and clamps for it. Probably cost me $30 to install it rather than the $200 one. I was thinking of getting a new one just because the one I have is basic black, but I have a shiny red machine aluminum oil filter holder and I was thinking a shiny red catch can would be nice to match with it lol.
