Eguller but I am not sure its anti inflammatory effect is
enough for me. CBD does effect people differently - some dramatically, some little.
I need more time with it.
I am still taking it. My back is better and I don't know if it is the CBD or not. I started with a full spectrum oil at a 10mg dose per day (one dropper full from the 300mg bottle I bought). I hated the greasy "peppermint" taste so I got some 30mg soft gells (THC) free from CBDistillery. I am about out of the gelcaps so I ordered some THC free oil from CBDistillery. I am hoping this tastes better than the first oil I bought locally. What I ordered will be a 33mg per dose. The nice thing about the oil is you can adjust the dosage by taking more or less. One thing you have to make sure about is dosage with the oils. They come in various strengths. You have to calculate many mgs of CBD you get per ml of liquid. The dude and the store didn't know dick about dosage. He told me to "put a couple of drops under your tongue." I contacted the website if the mfgr about dosage and they told me for most people for pain relief 10 - 30 mg per day will suffice. The first bottle I got it takes a full 1ml dropper full to get 10mg. A "few drops" wouldn't amount to squat.
One a side note, one of my golf buds gave another bud some CBD ointment to try on his hands. He has had a finger swollen so bad from arthritis he couldn't grip a golf club. After using it for a week his finger is better than it has been in months.
