sdandrea1 I worked for Digital Equipment Corp (DEC) for 7 years. I learned how to escape Boston after landing at Logan and heading out to WestminstAH. Never spent any time in the city.
Logan is a nightmare compared to an airport like Tampa which is a breeze to get in and out of. Boston however is a great city with a lot of history and culture. We miss going into the city and walking around Faneuil Hall eating at some of the great restaurants or going over to the North End (Italian food).
One of the best Seafood restaurants I liked back in the day was the No Name restaurant. The more famous places were Jimmy's Harborside or Anthony's Pier 4 (which may not be there anymore). The No Name was in a section of a long brick building running out to the Boston fish pier. No sign indicating anything was there, but you could smell the food and hear the clang of plates inside. It's where all the fishermen went to eat.
