MidwayJ I read a lot of Marvel comics as a kid, so it's been fun watching those characters on the screen. I haven't been thrilled with all of the Marvel movies I've seen but overall I enjoy them. I still need to see Infinity Wars.
PA-PLAYA Spartan I agree. I start looking at my watch at the 2 hour mark. Ideally 90 minutes, or 2 hours if it's needed to tie everything together for a proper ending. Anything beyond that and I'm losing interest in a hurry.
johnnydoom Got to watch Endgame this weekend. It was a good ending to Infinity War, but I thought Infinity War was a better and more compelling movie. This one did bore me for small stretches answering questions I wasn't really worried about, but it did make for a pretty good story. All-in-all I walked out glad to have spent the 3 hours.
Tinker Big Marvel fan as a kid in the 60’s, the only comics I read regularly. The movies started out great but lately they seamed to have jumped the shark. The desire to be politically correct has skewed to original concept of a lot of the characters.
johnnydoom Tinker Yeah. At least two of them have been pretty overt with the PC. Most of them do a good job of just incorporating diversity into the stories without trying to make an obvious point at least. I don't mind that when it comes to pure fiction like a superhero movie.
Typhoon We went over the weekend. The chairs are so comfortable now, 3 hours didn't seem so bad. Must admit, I've never seen an Avengers movie until this one.
JeffTilley Just saw Endgame last nite. Good movie, but at 3 hrs long I had to take a couple pee breaks.
braveheart I love them. Captain America is my favorite. I wish they added Daredevil into the mix though.
azgreg Different movie but me and the wife are going to a John Wick marathon on Saturday. All three movies back to back to back with a half hour break between each movie. Can't wait.
johnnydoom azgreg John Wick marathon I haven’t even seen the first one. My son relayed a description from one of his friends and we’ve been planning to see it. Wish we had a marathon around here🙁
cpanther1995 I saw Endgame opening weekend. Our new Pastor is a big Marvel fan and got a group of us tickets. Yes, I thought I would explode needing to pee so bad but I made it all 3 hrs. I love Marvel movies and this was my favorite so far.
garyt1957 Finally saw this, meh. Didn't like the new Hulk, Thor was a joke, yea it was kinda funnybut totally at odds with the character. Not a fan of the big group movies. Prefer individual character movies. Looking forward to Spiderman Far From Home.
