While I have not used them, have a bit of knowledge regarding them .
Firstly, there are many sites ( inculding bogus ones ) that are not regulated and as such you have no idea what you are getting. We have incredibly strict guidelines for dispensing medicines , most require a doctors appt to get the script and pharmacy communication in one form or another with that doctor. The doctor has to be on the list of liscensed practitioners to dispense.
Even if you go through all that, there are many types of medicine that will not be dispensed with virtual orders. Finally, the FDA or whatever governing body it is, has rules that might or might not allow certain medicines to be shipped cross border.
