Callaway steelhead XR 3 wood

I’ve git a callaway steelhead XR 3 wood. It’s got one small scratch in the crown. I am pointing it out in one picture.

Currently it’s got a x stiff shaft in it right now.

Here’s the options:

I’ve got the stock Tensei 55 A flex that came in the club. $65 for stock club setup. $50 for just the head. I don’t have the headcover.

A dozen or so different pullout shafts in various flexes.

I can get $55 to just trade this thing in as a whole club.

$40 for the head or $60 for the club???
