Training aid grip Install help......

My buddy wants me to install a few training aid grips on clubs for him to work on his grip over the winter. See below for a pic. The actual grip-

I've never installed, cannot find instructions, there is no alignment mark,.at least that I can see....looks like the bottom/bigger V is off to the right in the second pic. Maybe the right line of the V <--, is lined up with the topline at address??

That's what I'm asking😝 square it up to what? No frame of reference, and my grip is uber strong so, trying figure it out based on good mechanics ain't happening.....

Rick, it was worth the price of admission just watching him try to pull clubs out of the bag. Carry bag with 13 training grips...hilarious. He was awful too so he was constantly trying to jam clubs back in the bag.
