Some questions about the No Brainer have come up and I want to address them here.
When Steve Almo first introduced the NB, it was a heavier than standard head. Although it sold great at its debut, and has always been a top seller there were some that didn’t like the extra weight.
Some people with slower swing speeds had issues with it.
Before Steve sold the company he started making the change to a lighter standard weight version at 200 gr approx. All NB heads are standard weight.
Which hits lower the NB or DCT? Both are designed for long drive, both are forgiving and both performed equally well for a wide range of golfers. The average golfers should go with a higher loft. Example if you hit a 10.5 TM go with a 12 deg DCT or NB. Hand pick options? When all heads are at a full stock level there are many hand pick options available. Right now the DCT has the most hand pick options available.
