I donβt know if their model has changed, but Cleveland used to rely on assemblers to cut blanks and glue them up properly. They would ship cartons of shafts, heads, grips, ferrules etc to an assembler in America and have them built. Those guys would set up jigs and blast them out. Put in boxes and away they went.
