I got my current set of irons in 2012 after going through a fitting. They are Nike Victory Red Pro-Cavity with Steelfiber i95 stiff shafts. I have 3-PW and have averaged probably 40 rounds a year and maybe 30 range sessions per year (including full range sessions before playing) with them.
I am sure they no longer meet the specs they were made to in 2012 and if I were to switch, I would likely swap the shafts as I really do like the shafts.
So, do I start hitting new stuff (or new to me) or go through another fitting or do I take mine in to a fitter who can check and adjust them?
What is your take?
Keep in mind, my previous set of irons were the original Slingshots with Dynamic Gold S400 shafts that I got around 2004, so I don't switch often.
Also, based on what I have now, specific recommendations for clubs to try if I do replace them?
